Postage and Packing

All orders are subject to a postage and packing charge of £3.99, whatever the size of your order to the UK Mainland only.

Although every effort is made to despatch orders as soon as they are received this may not always be possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before contacting us.

We regret that we can only accept orders from the UK Mainland at present.

Returns

If you should need to return any items to us then please email info@thecraftyhippo.co.uk stating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. You will be emailed with the address to return your item(s) to. Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of your receipt of the goods. The original postage charge will not be refunded. Return carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. The customer is responsible for the goods while in transit to us so please ensure that you receive a free certificate of posting from the Post Office.
